1. When will the applications open?

2. How much does it cost to attend the congress?

The fee depends on the country you study in, and whether you are part of the EFPSA Supporting Community, Working Community, or if your are an alumnus/professional. Check out the ticket prices here!

 

3. Is a refund possible if you are no longer able to attend the congress after buying a ticket?

Yes, depending on when you cancel, you may be eligible for a (partial) refund. You can find more information about the cancellation policy here.

 

4. Can you attend the congress when you are interested, but you are not a psychology student?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. The congress is exclusively intended for psychology students, recent graduates (up to 2 years), professionals and EFPSA alumni.

 

5. Is the congress worthwile for students at every stage of their study?

Yes! The congress is relevant for students at every level of their studies and even for those who’ve already started their career. You will definitely find something valuable in the programme.

 

6. Will the scientific programme be announced before the registrations open?

Before the applications open, we will share more details about the theme and aim to announce the first speakers. While the full programme will follow later, this will already give you an idea of what to expect.

 

7. Is accomodation included during the congress?

Yes, accommodation is included! When you purchase a week ticket for the congress, your stay is covered. You will be staying at Castle de Berckt, where the scientific and social programme will also take place

 

8. Do you get a discount if you volunteer to give a training at the congress?

As a trainer you will pay the same participation fee, but you will recieve other advantages. If you are interested in speaking at the congress, you can reach out to the Organising Committee (OrgCom) for more information on the available opportunities.

9. Will there be shared rooms?

The rooms will be shared rooms. Most rooms accommodate only up to two persons and have single beds. We will ask you about your preferred roommates and take this into account as much as we can.

10. How will I get from the airport to the venue?

We will organise EFPSA buses on arrival and departure day to and from Eindhoven airport. You will be able to book it for €25 per drive once selected.

11. Is it possible to stay earlier in the accommodation or stay longer after the congress has finished?

You can only stay at the accommodation from 23–29 March. If you would like to explore the event, we will suggest some nice cities to explore. For this, we will also provide a discount code with StayOkay Hostels. More information will be shared after your are selected as a participant.

12. Can I connect with other participants beforehand?

Yes! You can join a whatsapp group in our community and we will give ideas in the info pack!

13. Which country do I choose in the application form?

Please select the country of the university you are studying at. If you are currently on Erasmus, please select the country of your home university. For alumni: please select the country of the home university you studied at.

If your country is not mentioned in this list, this means your country is not an official member of EFPSA (MO). You will be able to apply via the Individual Membership Fee.​

16. Can I join as a first year psychology student?

Yes! Our Congress is targeted towards students, no experience or knowledge is needed in advance.

17. Can I get an invitation letter to apply for a VISA?

Yes! Once you're selected, you can ask this letter.

18. I’m from a non-EU country, will the connection at the venue be good?

We have an eSIM partnership with Airalo offering a discount code. Full details will be included in the information pack if you are selected. There will ofc also be wifi at the venue.
