“Well. I’m just ...” Nationality as a Context. Using Contextual Behavioral Science to Examine National Attitudes Towards Work.
This training session is all about exploring participants' own attitudes towards work that came from learning history in the context of their nationality.
During this session, participants would try to identify their national presumptions towards work and find places in daily life where they are especially present. It will be a place for examining behaviors connected to them and the influence of them on their life. They will learn how to use skills from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (such as acceptance and being observant of their own thoughts) to overcome difficulties. At the end, they will reflect on how to use traits connected to national identity as their strengths.
