What role does diversity play in shaping better decisions and how can psychological expertise support that process?
In this session, we will explore diversity from both organisational and personal perspectives, drawing on insights from work within EU institutions and multicultural environments. We will discuss why diversity is critical in public institutions, the challenges that arise, and how diverse teams contribute to better decision-making.

The session will also highlight the value psychologists bring to interdisciplinary environments and how they can apply their knowledge in international, policy-oriented settings.
